Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team, focusing on SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain. You will lead workstreams, design workshops, and guide both offshore and onshore teams to deliver tailored SAP solutions.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage risks, and drive project milestones to completion while maintaining strong client relationships across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, PP module experience.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering on deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
