Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to design and deliver SAP technology solutions that improve business performance.

You will lead workstreams, manage offshore/onshore teams, and deliver high‑quality SAP projects in the manufacturing space, with travel up to 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. 4–6 years of manufacturing experience. Proven SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA (PP) project leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing project deliverables within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members to ensure timely project delivery.
