EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for US clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with business policies, and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to drive solution quality and readiness.

You will guide functional teams through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and transition, while balancing controls, timelines, and client expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience designing FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, financial integration, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading Finance and business workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design governance, testing, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Experience governing cross-functional integrations across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, financial systems, banking and payment processes, and FI/CO General Ledger.
• Experience overseeing testing and readiness for payment, clearing, collections, posting, period close, reconciliation, and high-volume FI-CA processing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, and driving decisions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the FI-CA workstream scope, target processes, and delivery plans from requirements through deployment.
• Define the functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, and related controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops, and design reviews to translate requirements into FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U modules, banks, payment providers, and GL.
• Establish FI-CA financial controls, posting and reconciliation processes for auditability.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies to align end-to-end utility processes.
• Develop functional specifications, documentation, configuration standards, and design decisions.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and coordinate technical and integration partners.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution for FI-CA processing and period close.
