Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, collections, and financial processing in SAP IS‑U FI‑CA. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams across the meter-to-cash lifecycle to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation.

Responsibilities include configuring contract accounts, payment processing interfaces, collections strategies, and BRF+ for process control, while collaborating with FI/CO, Billing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Hands-on requirements: functional specs, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience with FI-CA integration to Billing and FI/CO General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Configure FI-CA contract accounts, include business-partner relationships and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing interfaces and bank interfaces.
• Configure collections, dunning, installment plans, and related receivables processes.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to business users.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, and FI/CO teams to resolve end-to-end issues.
• Prepare functional designs, documentation, test cases, and process flows.
• Support unit/integration testing and user acceptance testing.
