EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, collections, and financial processing in SAP IS-U FI-CA. You will work with client stakeholders, technical teams, and connected workstreams to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including hands-on FI-CA.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with FI-CA integration with SAP IS-U Billing and FI/CO General Ledger, including reconciliation and period-end considerations.
• Flexibility to travel 40-60%.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, business-partner relationships, main and subtransactions, account determination, posting controls, and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing, payment lots, bank-statement or payment-file interfaces, cash-desk flows, payment allocation, returns, refunds, and reversals, as applicable.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, installment plans, promise-to-pay, security deposits, write-offs, and other receivables processes.
• Support FI-CA events and BRF+ rules where used for process control, automation, and exception handling.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with General Ledger, reconciliation, period-end processing, and impacts to billing, tax, and customer-service transactions.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration documentation, test cases, process flows, and other project deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing and supporting user acceptance testing, regression testing, close-cycle validation, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banking partners, collection agencies, and FI/CO teams to resolve end-to-end process and interface defects.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, reconciliation assistance, and functional guidance to business users and technical teams.
• Communicate issues and support timely solution decisions with client stakeholders and project leadership.
• Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to client teams and junior project members.
