Job summary

EY is hiring an SAP IS‑U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands‑on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, collections, and financial processing in FI‑CA. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle, travel to meet client needs, and help ensure accurate processing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS‑U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands‑on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Hands‑on experience with payment processing, clearing, collections, dunning, open‑item management, and FI‑CA account determination.
• Understanding of FI‑CA integration with SAP IS‑U Billing and FI/CO General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI‑CA contract accounts, business‑partner relationships, main and subtransactions, account determination, posting controls, and open‑item processing.
• Design and test payment processing, payment lots, bank interfaces, cash‑desk flows, payment allocation, returns, refunds, and reversals.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, installment plans, and other receivables processes.
• Support FI‑CA events and BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI‑CA integration with General Ledger, reconciliation, and period‑end processing.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing, and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
