EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration for utility receivables, payments, and billing in the FI‑CA module. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice and FI/CO teams, guiding production support and knowledge transfer to client teams while traveling 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with hands-on FI-CA.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design, testing and production support in utilities.
• Hands-on with payment processing, clearing, collections, dunning, open-item management and FI-CA account determination.
• Understanding of FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO GL, including reconciliation.
• Experience preparing functional specs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and process flows.
• Experience executing unit/integration testing and supporting UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and cutover.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, business-partner relationships, and accounts processing.
• Design and test payment processing, payment lots, and bank interfaces.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, installments, and write-offs.
• Support FI-CA events and BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL, reconciliation, period-end processing, and impacts to billing and tax.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute tests and support UAT, regression, close-cycle validation, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banking partners, and FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, reconciliation assistance and guidance to teams.
• Communicate requirements and solutions with stakeholders and leadership.
• Transfer knowledge to client teams and junior members.
