Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions for utility clients. You will own the device/work management workstream, define functional approaches, and ensure alignment with metering and field operations, driving quality, integration, testing, deployment, and readiness.

You will guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with business, technical, vendor, and program stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including device/work management exposure.
Experience owning SAP IS-U Device and Work Management design and delivery through implementation.
Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS and related systems.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery to post-go-live stabilization.
Define and govern functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service and work execution.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, solution workshops and design reviews.
Drive end-to-end integration with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS and other platforms.
Lead cross-workstream coordination with Billing, Customer Service, Data Conversion and more.
Oversee testing and defect resolution for meter-to-cash processes and handoffs.
