EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions for utility clients in the US.

You will own the Device and Work Management workstream, define the functional approach, align SAP IS-U processes with metering and field operations, and collaborate with business, technical, vendor, and program stakeholders to drive solution quality and readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Device and Work Management design and delivery.
• Experience across device lifecycle, meter reading, service orders, field-work processes.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory, PM, and mobile workforce.
• Experience leading requirements, fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, testing, cutover, and readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream end-to-end.
• Define functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, design reviews.
• Drive end-to-end integration with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory, PM, mobile.
• Lead device and field-work processes design and delivery.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee functional specs, documentation, configuration standards.
• Lead and coach functional consultants and vendor teams.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for meter-to-cash processes.
