Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Device and Work Management design and delivery.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory, SAP Plant Maintenance, and mobile solutions.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, design reviews, testing, and cutover.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery to post-go-live stabilization.
• Define and govern the functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service and work execution.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design reviews.
• Drive end-to-end integration across SAP IS-U and related platforms (AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS).
• Lead device and field-work process design, including lifecycle, meter reading, service orders and field execution.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies with Billing, Customer Service, Data Conversion and other workstreams.
• Develop functional specifications, documentation, configuration standards and design decisions.
• Coach functional consultants and resolve cross-workstream issues.
