Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead design and delivery of SAP IS-U solutions for utilities. You will own the device/work management workstream, align processes with metering and field ops, and drive solution quality across integration points with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS, and mobile workforce solutions.

You will lead functional teams, run requirements gathering, workshops, design reviews, and ensure readiness from testing to production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Deep SAP IS-U knowledge with focus on Device and Work Management.
Experience leading functional teams in SAP IS-U transformations.
Strong ability to translate utility requirements into scalable SAP designs.
Proven experience delivering cutover and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream end-to-end.
Define functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service and work orders.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and design reviews.
Oversee end-to-end integration with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS and mobile workforce.
Lead testing, defect resolution, and post go-live stabilization.
Coach functional consultants and coordinate with vendor teams.
Manage scope, estimates, risks and communications to leadership.
