Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U solutions for utilities. You will own the Device and Work Management workstream, define functional approaches and ensure alignment with metering and field operations while driving solution quality, integration, testing, deployment and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Deep SAP IS-U Device and Work Management knowledge with utility metering and field-service processes.
Experience leading functional workstreams or teams in SAP IS-U transformations.
Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory and mobile workforce solutions.
Ability to translate complex utility requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream end-to-end.
Define functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service and operations.
Lead workshops, design reviews and requirements gathering for scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
Oversee integrations with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS and SAP Plant Maintenance.
Coordinate cross-workstream delivery and drive cutover and stabilization.
