EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant in the United States to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience with utility customer-lifecycle processes including account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, and customer‑contact processes with SAP IS‑U and contact-center solutions.
• Translate service-operations requirements into end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Analyze exceptions affecting activation, billing readiness, payment status, and data mapping.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit/integration tests and support UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
• Support data conversion activities including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Provide knowledge transfer and user procedures to client teams and junior staff.
