Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs for customer, account, contract, premise, service-requests, and customer contacts.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and post-go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4+ years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience, incl. hands-on IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design, testing and production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer/account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, start/stop services.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service including business partner, contract account, and other master data.
• Design and support service-requests, notifications, and customer-contact workflows.
