Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility requirements into functional designs and end-to-end workflows.

Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with experience in customer and contract data conversion, testing, and production support.

Qualifications

Strong functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Service and the broader utility meter-to-cash process.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP IS-U business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service concepts.
Experience with utility customer-lifecycle processes, including customer and account maintenance, move-in/move-out, transfers, start and stop service, service requests, notifications, and customer contacts.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start and stop service, and related processes.
Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, and customer master data.
Design and support service-request, notification, and customer-contact processes within SAP IS-U.
Translate operation requirements into practical SAP IS-U functional designs and end-to-end workflows.
Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and field service.
