Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate and tariff requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs, and ensure alignment across meter-to-cash processes.

You will lead functional teams, drive integration with EDM, FI-CA, and related capabilities, manage testing and cutover, and mentor professionals while maintaining client relationships for successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including hands-on IS-U Billing and Invoicing
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution design and delivery
• Experience with time-of-use / interval-based billing and EDM integration
• Experience integrating Billing with SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, FI-CA, Customer Service, meter-to-cash, bill print)

Responsibilities

• Owning the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization
• Defining target functional design for Billing and Invoicing including tariff structures and billing controls
• Leading requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops and design governance
• Driving end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities
• Leading design and delivery of complex billing scenarios including time-of-use billing
• Developing and overseeing functional specifications and design decisions
• Leading and coaching functional team members and driving issue resolution
• Overseeing testing and defect resolution for rates, tariffs, billing cycles and invoicing
• Managing scope, estimates, risks, and stakeholder decisions with clear communication
• Leading cutover planning and billing-cycle transition activities
• Building trusted client relationships and providing functional guidance on SAP IS-U Billing
