Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing. You will own the Billing workstream, define functional approach, translate tariff and regulatory requirements, and ensure alignment across the meter-to-cash process.

You will lead functional teams, drive integration with EDM/Device Management and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. billing & invoicing.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream; define scope, decisions, delivery plans and outcomes.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rate structures and billing schemas.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops and design governance.
