Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate, tariff, and regulatory requirements into scalable designs, and guide a cross-functional team through integration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
Hands-on SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing and 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing solution design through implementation.
Experience with time-of-use and interval-based billing and EDM integration.
Ability to lead requirements, workshops, design, testing, cutover and readiness.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design to deployment.
Define target functional design for Billing, tariffs, and high-volume processing.
Lead requirements, fit-gap analyses, and design governance.
Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and IS-U capabilities.
Lead complex billing scenarios including time-of-use and rebilling.
Develop specifications, documentation, and ensure design quality.
