EY is seeking an experienced SAP integration lead in the United States to drive complex SAP-enabled engagements. You will manage delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain client relationships while ensuring quality and risk management. Willingness to travel 40–60% is required.

The role requires deep SAP integration expertise across S/4HANA, ECC, and related modules, plus hands-on experience with middleware and cloud integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with teams.
Hands-on SAP integration experience with PI/PO, CPI, BTP, EDI, and ABAP.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
Travel 40–60% to meet with external clients.
