Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to drive complex SAP integration programs for clients across the United States. You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee program economics while coordinating across diverse teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP integration tools, S/4HANA modules, and cloud integration, with travel 40–60%. A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream and team members.
• Hands-on with SAP integration tools: SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
