Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP integration lead to steer complex S/4HANA engagements across diverse clients. You will manage budgets, teams, and client relationships while guiding architecture and delivery of SAP integration solutions.

The role requires frequent travel (40–60%) and a strong background in SAP integration tools, APIs, and middleware within a consulting setting. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Hands-on SAP integration, including PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI and SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex SAP integration programs and manage client relationships.
• Oversee engagement economics, budgets and resource planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into SAP solutions.
