Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP integration lead in the US to drive complex S/4HANA projects, shape integration strategy, and ensure value delivery across client engagements. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage relationships, and align solutions with EY’s standards.

Candidates should have hands-on SAP tools (PI/PO, CPI, BTP, ABAP, EDI), cloud integration experience, and travel 40–60%. This role offers a hybrid model, extensive client exposure, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written/verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects/workstreams and managing teams.
• Hands-on SAP integration tools and middleware knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM).
• Experience with APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Travel willingness; estimated 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.

• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
