Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP integration lead to drive delivery of complex SAP programs, manage client relationships, and ensure quality and risk management across engagements.

You’ll work across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, and related integration tools (PI/PO, CPI, BTP) with 40–60% travel in a hybrid environment, shaping architecture and strategy for data integrity and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects/workstreams and teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
