Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP integration lead to drive delivery of complex SAP projects and manage client relationships. The role requires travel and oversight of engagement economics, budgets, and resourcing across multiple activities.

You will work with SAP integration tools, APIs, and middleware, shaping solutions across S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud platforms while guiding teams through design, testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree; master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects/workstreams and teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the engagement.
