Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP integration-focused consultant to lead complex SAP delivery engagements in the U.S. You will manage client relationships, oversee engagement economics, and drive solution architecture across multiple SAP modules and middleware platforms. Regular travel up to 60% is required, with a hybrid work model.

The role demands 5–7 years in S/4HANA projects, strong communication skills, and hands-on SAP integration experience across PI/PO, ABAP, EDI and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams.
• Hands-on SAP integration experience (PI/PO, SAP CPI, BTP) and middleware.
• Familiarity with SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM).
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Travel 40–60% expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
