Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced SAP integration leader to deliver complex SAP programs for clients, aligning business goals with technology. You will drive end-to-end delivery across design, build, test and deployment, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a global firm.

Travel 40-60% will be required to meet clients; you’ll lead engagements, manage budgets, and develop architectures that ensure data integrity and scalable integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of S/4HANA migration/implementation experience.
• Consulting or professional services background helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects/workstreams with integration focus.
• Hands-on SAP integration with PI/PO, EDI, and SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
