Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP integration lead to manage complex SAP engagements across multiple clients in a consulting setting. You’ll drive delivery, design and implement integration solutions, and guide teams through architecture, development and testing.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of S/4HANA experience, strong communication skills and hands-on SAP integration expertise. Willingness to travel 40–60% and operate in a hybrid client-facing environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, ABAP, EDI and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency designing SAP integration solutions using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM).
• Experience with APIs/web services (SOAP/REST) and data transformation.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, RFC, etc.).
• Cloud integration knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData, API Management).
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Translate client needs into SAP integration solutions and configurations.
