Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP integration and delivery leader to drive complex S/4HANA engagements across multiple clients. You will manage client relationships, program economics, and delivery quality, leveraging EY's SAP capabilities across modules and cloud tools.

The role requires travel 40-60% and a strong background in SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy, with hands-on experience in middleware and APIs. California and national travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
