EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager/Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations, oversee three deployment pillars, and ensure smooth go-live to hypercare. You will translate business needs into technical specs and guide cross-functional teams to deliver robust SAP solutions.

You will manage engagements across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology and Industrial Products, driving strategic pipelines and ensuring delivery excellence with travel as required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP deployments across sectors.
• Experience guiding deployment workstreams (planning, execution, stabilization).
• Experience with offshore/remote delivery teams.

• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and cultivate long-term client relationships.
