Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager to drive de-risked SAP implementations by coordinating business readiness, cutover, and hypercare. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and partner with technical teams to deliver robust system architectures.

You will guide complex SAP deployments, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and maintain engagement economics while ensuring quality and risk controls across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• 5+ years leading large SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Experience leading deployment workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Align SAP solutions, roadmaps and strategies with client contexts.
• Lead program and project management with travel to meet client needs.
• Manage client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams as delivery lead.
