Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead and Senior Manager to drive de-risking of large SAP implementations. You will oversee Deployment pillars: Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare, coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure smooth go-live and post‑go support.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, lead cross‑functional teams across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology and Industrial Products sectors, and travel 40–60% to meet client needs within EY’s global

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 10 years delivering SAP-enabled transformations with deep module expertise.
Minimum 5 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple industries.
Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing offshore/remote delivery teams.
Travel willingness; 40–60% travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and client relationships on a daily basis.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships across sectors.
Align SAP solutions with client contexts and drive pipeline growth.
Lead program management and travel as needed to meet client needs.
Deliver high-quality SAP projects or act as delivery lead to support operations.
