EY seeks an experienced Deployment Lead/Senior Manager to de-risk large SAP implementations across the United States. You will work with business stakeholders to develop strategies for readiness, cutover, and hypercare, guiding the transition to long-term support.

You translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver architecture solutions. Expect 40–60% travel and a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality SAP outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations/rollouts.
• Experience with deployment pillars and offshore delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Align SAP solutions with client contexts and roadmaps.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects as delivery lead and support operations.
