Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations by partnering with business stakeholders to develop strategies, manage cutover and hypercare, and ensure smooth go-live and long-term support. The Senior Manager will translate business requirements into technical specs and collaborate with technical teams on architecture solutions.

You will lead delivery across three pillars: readiness, cutover, and hypercare, and travel to meet client needs as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep module expertise.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP deployments or rollouts across sectors.
• Experience leading deployment workstreams including planning, execution and stabilization.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
• Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams as delivery lead.
