EY is seeking a Deployment Lead, Senior Manager, specializing in SAP delivery, to de-risk large implementations and manage cross-functional teams. You will drive readiness, cutover, and hypercare, translating business needs into technical specs and coordinating with SAP solutions across industries.

You will interact with stakeholders to evaluate business processes, design effective architectures, and ensure successful go-lives. The role requires travel and a hybrid work model in the US.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
• At least 5 years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with all pillars of deployment and de-risking business transitions.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Knowledge of best practices, benchmarking and industry-specific finance/tech functions.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
• Align SAP solutions with client contexts and roadmaps; build pipelines with alliances and SAP capabilities.
• Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
• Manage client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams or serve as delivery lead.
