EY is seeking a Deployment Lead in the United States to de-risk large SAP implementations by guiding business readiness, cutover, and hypercare. You will oversee deployment pillars, manage stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architecture and ensure successful delivery across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology, and Industrial Products sectors. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years SAP-enabled business transformations experience.
• 5+ years leading large SAP deployments or rollouts.
• Experience with deployment pillars and risk mitigation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
