Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager in its Technology practice to de-risk large SAP implementations. You will oversee three pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare, guiding transitions from go-live through long-term support.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with technical teams to design effective system architectures and deliver SAP solutions across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep SAP module expertise.
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Experience leading deployment workstreams including planning, execution and stabilization.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build a robust pipeline with sector leaders.
• Build market presence by aligning SAP solutions with client contexts and roadmaps.
• Use an integrated sales framework to address client transformation needs and close sales.
• Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
• Manage client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or serve as delivery lead for operations.
