Job summary
EY is seeking a Deployment Lead in its Technology practice to drive de-risking of large SAP implementations. The role focuses on three pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare, from pre-go-live to long-term support.
You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead cross-functional teams. You will manage engagement delivery, budgets, and client relationships while delivering high-quality SAP projects across multiple sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
- 5+ years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
- Experience with deployment pillars and managing offshore/remote teams.
- Strong skills in requirements mapping, cost-benefit analysis, and system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
- Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
- Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
- Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
- Align SAP roadmaps with client contexts and market opportunities.
