Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead in our Technology practice to de-risk large SAP implementations and manage three pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live and long-term support.

As Senior Manager, you will interact with stakeholders, design system architecture, and drive delivery excellence across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
• 5+ years leading large SAP deployments.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build a robust pipeline.
• Lead delivery of SAP projects and workstreams; serve as delivery lead.
