Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Lead, Senior Manager to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating with business stakeholders and directing the three pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and work with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architectures.

You will manage engagements, budgets, and resource plans across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
5+ years leading large-scale SAP deployments.
Experience with deployment pillars and offshore/remote delivery teams.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships across sectors.
Align SAP solutions with client roadmaps and strategies.
Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
Deliver high-quality SAP projects or lead delivery streams.
