EY is seeking a Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating with business stakeholders and guiding the transition to new ERP systems. You will oversee three pillars: Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare, ensuring a smooth go-live and transition to long-term support.

As a Senior Manager in EY’s Technology practice, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design effective system architectures.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years delivering SAP-enabled transformations.
• 5+ years leading large SAP deployments.
• Experience managing offshore and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build pipelines.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects and oversee deployment workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and solutions.
