Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating with business stakeholders and guiding Cutover, Hypercare, and post go-live support. You will translate business needs into technical specs and ensure alignment with SAP roadmaps across multiple industries.

This Senior Manager in EY's Technology practice will drive engagement delivery, manage budgets and resources, build a robust sales pipeline, and travel 40–60% to meet client needs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations with deep expertise in one or more SAP modules.
• At least 5 years leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts across multiple sectors.
• Proven experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams including planning, execution and stabilization.
• Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
• Knowledge of best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience in industry-specific finance and technology functions.

• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships across sectors.
• Build market presence by aligning SAP solutions with client contexts and roadmaps.
• Lead program and project management, including travel to meet client needs.
• Manage client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
