Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager in the United States to lead post-transition SAP operations and manage delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore. You will own functional ownership in one core domain and drive continuous improvement while partnering with clients to realize business value.

This role blends hands-on SAP expertise with people leadership in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, with occasional travel and client sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 5–7 years of SAP Operations/AMS experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and Agile methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Technology Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality support and resolving issues within key business processes.
• Providing hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Contributing to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs.
• Leading cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Serving as escalation point for complex issues and driving root cause analyses.
• Partnering with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
• Travel may be required and participation in client working sessions is expected.
