Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 5–7 years of SAP Operations or SAP project delivery experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Demonstrated SAP Managed Services or AMS experience.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Technology Ecosystem Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution for key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership within one core domain (FICO/SCM/Procurement/OTC).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs for service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams and manage offshore resources.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
