Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP Managed Services, running post‑transition support and delivering value across finance, supply chain, and order‑to‑cash domains. You will oversee onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams and partner with clients to optimize outcomes.

This hybrid role emphasizes strong leadership, ITIL‑based service management, and continuous improvement, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
Typically, 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience or SAP projects.
Expertise in Application Management is essential.
Demonstrated experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution across key business processes.
Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs for service delivery.
Lead globally distributed SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
Escalate and resolve complex functional and operational issues with root cause analysis.
Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
