EY in the United States seeks a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP Managed Services across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams. You will oversee post-transition support, ensure successful deployments, and deliver value for clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 5–7 years of SAP Operations or SAP projects experience.
Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations and Technology Service Management.
Strong Troubleshooting and Triage skills.

Responsibilities

Delivering quality SAP support within core business processes.
Providing hands‑on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/OTC/SCM/Procurement).
Contributing to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
Ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs.
Leading cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
Serving as escalation point for complex issues and driving root cause analysis.
Partnering with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
