Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+ in a hybrid, client-facing capacity. You will guide digital transformation programs on Salesforce, manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across onshore and offshore locations.

You will drive engagement delivery, create resource plans, participate in business development, and ensure alignment with client strategies while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple tasks and priorities; willing to travel.
• One or more Salesforce certifications or architect certification is a plus.
