Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. You will drive digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams to align requirements with the client vision and deliver high-impact solutions.

The role focuses on leadership, scope management, and successful delivery across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities.
Provide leadership and direction up to Managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation.
Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed.
Travel required as needed by external clients.
