Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+ to lead digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform. You will partner with business and experience teams to ensure solutions align with client needs, manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, and drive engagement success.

You will work with cross-functional EY teams to integrate business requirements into compelling user experiences, while guiding multi-team engagements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Proven written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities.
• Provide leadership and direction up to Managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel requirements: as needed by external clients.
