- Experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
- Architecture background aligning business needs to Salesforce solutions.
- Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for program delivery with client leadership and architecture oversight.
- Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
- Lead teams to deliver solution implementations.
- Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
- Travel required as needed by external clients.
