Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. You will partner with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation on the Salesforce platform.

You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, directing cross-disciplinary teams across engagements and, when needed, on/offshore resources. Travel is required based on client needs, with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with 5-7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years architecture experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementation.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects.
